A resolution authorizing the Office of Community Health to apply for funding from the Industrial Development Board in the amount of $50,000.00, and if awarded, use the funds to initiate the City on the Hill Digital Equity Workshop Pilot Program, a 16-week Workforce Development Workshop for youth ages 16-21.

b. A resolution authorizing the Office of Community Health to apply for funding from the National Resources Conservation Service in the amount of $93,750.00, and if awarded, use the funds to initiate the Chattanooga Grows Urban Agriculture Initiative, funds to hire a Director of Urban Agriculture who will be tasked with developing a comprehensive, actionable plan to promote Urban Agriculture in Chattanooga.
