The Collegedale Police Department announces its annual Easter Egg Hunt, taking place on Sunday, April 13 from 1-3 p.m. at the Ooltewah Youth Association Ballfields at 5208 Little Debbie Pkwy. The egg hunt is set to begin at 2 p.m., promising a fun-filled afternoon for children and families in the community.
This long-standing tradition, organized by the department’s Reserve Officer Program, is a community favorite, bringing families together to celebrate the season with activities for all ages.
In addition to the egg hunt, the event will feature bouncy houses and an open concession stand, ensuring plenty of fun and refreshments for everyone.
Collegedale Police Chief Jack Sapp expressed his appreciation for the dedicated Reserve Officers who make the event possible each year.
“The annual Easter Egg Hunt is one of our most well-loved events, and we owe a great deal of thanks to our Reserve Officers for organizing it year after year. Their commitment to the community is what makes this such a special tradition, and we’re looking forward to another great turnout,” said Chief Sapp.
Families are encouraged to bring their children and enjoy an afternoon of excitement and community spirit. The event is free to attend, and no registration is required.
