25-004865 – 400 BLK Donaldson Road – Assist EMS
Police responded to a medical emergency at this residence. They found a male had smoked suspected fentanyl with a friend but had an adverse reaction to it. The man was conscious and alert but appeared to have uncontrolled movements. EMS responded to the location and transported him to a hospital for treatment.

25-004830- 300 BLK Camp Jordan Rd.- Domestic Disorder
Police arrived at this residence and spoke with a couple who were arguing.
The couple was shouting, and the neighbors called. Both parties advised nothing got physical.
25-004832- 300 BLK Camp Jordan Rd.- Disorder Prevention
Police arrived at this residence at the request of a resident who stated she and her boyfriend ended their relationship. She wished for the police to stand by to prevent any disorder from occurring. Police stood by as she gathered his belongings. After the boyfriend left, she invited the officer inside to do a walk-through of the home. Police observed the home to be in a state of disarray. She advised that he had broken her TV and stole her under garments. Warrants are being sought for Vandalism and Theft.
25-004849- 1400 BLK Armour St.- Well Being Check
Police went to this address at the request of APS. Police spoke with the woman who advised she was fine. Officers did not observe deplorable living conditions, and the resident seemed to be in moderate health.
25-004850- 6100 Marietta Ave- Child abuse/Truancy
Police spoke with a school counselor who advised a juvenile had not been in school for approximately two weeks. The counselor said she had spoken with the mother; however, the mother is refusing to bring the juvenile to school. The counselor has filed a report with DCS. DCS case # 1510031288.
25-004852- 4300 BLK Ringgold Rd.- Disorder
Police were dispatched on reports of a homeless man refusing to leave. Upon arrival, police observed him sleeping on the sidewalk. He was asked to leave and was trespassed from the business. Proximity Restriction # 25-000089
25-004848 – 1600 BLK S Seminole Drive - Suspicious Person -
Police were informed of an unknown male sitting outside the reporting party's house and stated he was videotaping her property. Upon further inspection, the reporting party realized the unknown male was doing his job and worked for a surveying firm.
25-004843 - 4214 Ringgold Road - Deceptive Practice
According to the reporting party, he believed that a bank was engaging in fraudulent activity involving his accounts. He claimed that his debit card displayed random numbers whenever he used it and that he could access his account at any ATM by entering any sequence of numbers. Bank employees stated that the reporting party was acting unusually and had requested to close his account. The bank complied with his request and asked him to return his debit card. Although he was initially hesitant, he ultimately surrendered the card before leaving the bank. No offenses were found to have occurred.
25-004847 – 100 Interstate 75 NB – Theft from Vehicle -
Police spoke with a man of Nokomis, Fl. who said on his travels through Tn. he stopped at the Welcome Center on the early morning hours of Saturday to walk his Pug. He reported that approximately 50 miles North of Chattanooga when he noticed that a black duffle bag was missing from the passenger side floorboard. The contents of the bag included sunglasses, shoes, and medications. Specifically, Oxycodone and Adderall. He reported that he left the vehicle unlocked while he walked his dog. No suspect information was available.

25-001326 – 601 Justice Way – Warrant Service
While in custody at the Hamilton County Jail, a woman was served with an arrest warrant through the City of East Ridge. The charge on the arrest warrant was Theft of Property (Shoplifting).
25-004853 – 6600 BLK Ringgold Road – Auto Theft
The caller stated his father was arrested the previous night and he left his 2001 Chevy Silverado in the custody of a female party. He had contacted the woman several times, but she refused to return the truck and blocked his number. The vehicle has been entered in NCIC as stolen.
25-004855 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Deceptive Practice
The caller stated he was contacted by someone posing as a Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputy. The suspect stated the man missed jury duty and needed to pay a bond to stay out of jail. The man went to a Bitcoin kiosk on Rossville Boulevard as instructed and withdrew $1000.00 to give to the suspect. The suspect then directed Bond to take out a $5000 dollar loan to stay out of jail. He refused and contacted the police to report the incident.
25-004858 – 600 BLK Marlboro Avenue – Criminal Trespass
Police responded to a Suspicious Activity complaint at this residence. Officers found a man living in the residence and determined he had been previously evicted from it. Police spoke with homeowner who requested the man be formally trespassed from the property. He also stated he would bring the eviction paperwork to the police department to have it on record. The party was escorted off the property and informed he was criminal trespassed (PR: 25-000090).
25-004862 – 1100 BLK Spring Creek Road – Suspicious Activity
A staff member reported a suspicious person on the school grounds. The subject was described as a slim male with a backpack and a dog. Police checked the area but did not locate the suspicious person.

While in custody at the Hamilton County Jail, a man was served with a Forfeiture Capias through the City of East Ridge. The original charge for the capias arrest warrant was Theft of Property (Shoplifting).

While in custody at the Hamilton County Jail, a woman was served with a Petition to Revoke warrant through the City of East Ridge. The original charge for the arrest warrant was Possession of a Controlled Substance.
