Sue Stafford, 94, of Chattanooga, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 18, 2025.

Born in Plains, Ga., Mrs. Stafford was a resident of North Georgia and Chattanooga for most of her life.

She was a member of Brainerd Baptist Church and was an avid gardener and enjoyed shopping and traveling.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Evangelist Bill Stafford; son, Bobby Stafford; along with four sisters.

Mrs. Stafford is survived by her children, Brenda (Ray) Raymond, Karen Sue Stafford, both of Rossville, Ga; Bill (Judy) Stafford III, Apison, and Steven (Jan) Stafford, Trenton, GA; 12 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, April 23, at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Pastor Bill Stafford III officiating.
