Miller & Martin announce the addition of Ashley West Thompson to the law firm’s litigation team, enhancing the firm's capabilities in Tennessee.

Ms. Thompson joins the Chattanooga office as Of Counsel, concentrating her practice on civil litigation and appellate advocacy.
With over 15 years of experience as an attorney for the federal government, Ms. Thompson has developed specialized expertise in appellate practice and a wide range of civil, commercial and criminal litigation. Her previous roles include serving as a staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. Ms. Thompson's strategic guidance and written advocacy have led to numerous victories in both federal and state appeals. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of South Carolina and a law degree from Florida State University College of Law. Ms. Thompson is licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Georgia.
