Moore, Serenity

  • Monday, April 7, 2025
It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the tragic passing of our beloved Serenity Moore, who left this world on March 27, 2025, at the tender age of 15. Serenity, a kind and beautiful soul, faced many silent struggles that ultimately became too much for her to bear. She was taken from us far too soon, leaving behind an immense void in the lives of those who loved her.

Serenity was a bright and compassionate young girl who brought warmth and joy to all who knew her. Her love for art, her creativity, and her gentle spirit were qualities that made her unique. She had a kind heart and a quiet strength, often looking out for others even when she was silently struggling herself. Serenity’s laughter could light up a room, and her friendship was a gift that many cherished.

Despite her many wonderful qualities, Serenity faced battles that were often hidden from view. She struggled with her own mental health in ways that were invisible to those around her, and her inner pain became overwhelming. While Serenity fought tirelessly to navigate the difficulties she faced, the weight of her struggles proved to be too much. Her passing is a heartbreaking reminder of the importance of mental health awareness and the need for open conversations and support for those who suffer in silence.

Serenity is survived by her loving parents, her siblings, and countless friends and family members who will miss her dearly. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her, and she will never be forgotten.

A memorial service to honor Serenity will be held at Moore's on May 25th. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to mental health organizations that support youth and raise awareness about the importance of mental well-being.

Rest in peace, Serenity. You were loved more than words can express, and though your time with us was far too short, your spirit will forever remain in our hearts. May you finally find peace.
