Third baseman Sal Stewart continued his torrid offensive season with another three hit game for the Chattanooga Lookouts but their bullpen couldn't hold up, allowing seven runs in a 8-5 loss to the Rocket City Trash Pandas on Saturday.
The Lookouts led 4-1 through five innings but gave up a six spot in the sixth from which they couldn't recover. Donovan Benoit took the loss on the mound falling to 2-1 after allowing four earned runs in less than two innings pitched.
Edwin Arroyo and Austin Hendrick each contributed two hits at the plate as well.
The Lookouts conclude their series with the Trash Pandas on Sunday afternoon.
