18-Year Old Shot On Ohls Avenue Monday Night

Chattanooga Police responded at approximately 8:22 on Monday, to a report of a person shot in the 3500 block of Ohls Avenue. Upon arrival, officers located an 18-year-old man suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. CPD's Homicide Unit responded to conduct the investigation. Monday was the opening day for the 2025 Chattanooga Area Swim League with 12 of the 14 teams seeing action for the first time under “official conditions.” It’s always like a Chinese fire drill in these meets as everyone is trying to get a handle on where they’re supposed to be and just how to do what is expected.
