BOARD MEETINGS Board Agenda/Work Session - 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2025 – The Hamilton County Board of Education will meet in a non-voting Agenda Work Session in the Board Room of the District Central Office, 3074 Hickory Valley Road. Board Meeting 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2025 – The Hamilton County Board of Education will meet in Regular Session in the Board Room of the District Central Office, 3074 Hickory Valley Road. If you would like to speak before the board on any item at its monthly Agenda/Work Session, you must submit a written/email request no later than three (3) days prior to the board meeting to Shirley McCallie at McCallie_S@hcde.org. If you miss the deadline and would like to speak regarding an item on the agenda, you may do so by signing up at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the Work Session at 4:30 p.m. If you have materials to share with the board members, please provide them to Shirley McCallie for distribution. Each individual/group will be allowed five minutes to speak.
