Community Meet And Greet For District 4&5 Representatives Is Saturday

The public is invited to join District 4 and the District 4 Executive Committee for a Community Meet and Greet on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.at The Humidor, at 3202 Brainerd Road. Well, here we are! In 60 days the Congressional Medal of Honor Society will hold its annual convention here in Chattanooga. This is hard to believe. This major, national week-long (29 September–4 October) convention is traditionally held in large American cities. Last year it was in San Antonio. Balcazar Leads Lookouts To Victory In Slugfest

The Chattanooga Lookouts scored ten runs in the first three innings and then withstood a furious rally from the Columbus Clingstones to win the series finale on Sunday by a score of 11-10. Recent callup Leo Balcazar went three for five with four runs batted in to pace Chattanooga. In the first inning Balcazar got the scoring started with a solo homerun.
