Commissioner Joe Graham, District 11, recently made the statement, "This sends a message to everyone in the United States that Hamilton County doesn't want your business". This statement was made during the Hamilton County Commission meeting after a moratorium passed that will stop any new subdivision plats from being approved for the next 30 days, beginning on July 1. Taking a big bite out of the Cleveland Aqua Tigers for the second time this Chattanooga Area Swim League action Monday evening, the Red Bank Gators kept themselves in position to battle for the White Division crown. Increasing the previous 42-point margin of victory in Cleveland on June 12, Red Bank improved to 6-1 on the season with a 417-358 tally in its home pool. Starting pitcher Zach Willeman made the most of his first start with the Chattanooga Lookouts Tuesday night. The 29 year old minor league veteran tossed five scoreless innings while allowing only three hits and striking out two. After Willeman's exit the Dodgers' bullpen was outstanding. Arij Fransen struck out four of the six hitters he faced and allowed no hits or runs. Trevor Kuncl threw a scoreless ninth as he seems to always do, his tenth save on the season.
