The Chattanooga native has worked in the banking industry for 20 years. She began her career at Hamilton National Bank, and then worked 15 years at American Home Mortgage.
She graduated from Rossville High School and earned a degree in computer science and business from Chattanooga State Technical Community College.
Ms. Fox lives in Hamilton County with her husband, Gary. They have three grown children, Andrea, Deidra and Jarret, and three grandchildren, Katelyn, Madelyn and Tayler.
Northwest Georgia Bank has named Mike Cloud as Vice President and Senior Credit Analyst at the bank’s Main Office in Ringgold.
Mr. Cloud previously worked in the Mortgage Department at the Northwest Georgia Bank Financial Centre on Battlefield Parkway.
The Chattanooga native brings 17 years of banking experience to Northwest Georgia Bank. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA in Finance from UTC.
Mr. Cloud has served as an active member of the Ringgold Rotary Club since 1993, serving as president from 2002-03. He is also involved with the Catoosa County Chamber of Commerce. Through the Chamber, he graduated from Leadership Catoosa in 2002 and served as Chairman for the program for three years. Shortly after receiving his MBA, Cloud began teaching undergraduate Finance classes at Dalton State College and at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. This fall, he will begin his 13th semester as a professor.
Mr. Cloud, his wife Donna, and their daughter Mara, 17, live in Rossville. They attend Shiloh Baptist Church. Donna serves as the Sunday School education secretary and, Mike serves as Deacon, Church Treasurer, and Chairman of the Finance Committee. Mara is a member of the youth group at church and a senior Color Guard Captain for the Ridgeland High School Marching Band. Mr. Cloud’s step-son, Justin, lives in Savannah, Ga., and is the technology professor at the Governor’s Honor’s Program in Valdosta, Ga.
