Karen Lyn Schmutz, 49, of Chattanooga, died on Friday, December 21, 2007.
She was of the Baptist faith and was a graduate of Ooltewah High School.
She is survived by her mother, Charlotte Schmutz, of Chattanooga, father, Paul Schmutz, of Las Vegas, Ne., brother, Dale Schmutz, of Palm Coast, Fl., and best friend, Jeffery Moon, of Chattanooga.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday at Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. Wayland Stewart officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
