Dr. Andy Novobilski, professor and Head of the Computer Science and Engineering Department at UTC, has been selected to serve as a proposal reviewer for the National Science Foundation's Course, Curriculum and Laboratory Improvement program. The CCLI program seeks to improve the quality of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education for undergraduate students.
Additionally, Dr. Novobilski was recently asked to review a grant proposal for the Netherlands Organization for Health Research and Development (ZonMw) that relates to his research and publications in information technology and medical diagnostics.
