inkredible Cartridge, a Chattanooga-based remanufacturer and retailer for printer ink and toner cartridges is now offering a new service to Chattanooga-area businesses: inkplenish -- Ink Services to the Office.
Similar to coffee or water services to replenish coffee and water, customers who sign up for the inkplenish program will have a representative visit their office on a regular basis to monitor ink and toner supplies for all printers, faxes, and copiers. When supplies for any given printer run low, they will be replenished with one of the company's inkredible cartridges.
This new service is aimed at businesses that currently purchase their imaging supplies from traditional office supply retailers. They will benefit from lower-cost supplies and this new service component that traditional office supply retailers cannot offer, officials said.
"We're excited to be able to offer this new service to area businesses. Being a small business ourselves, we realize how important it is to control costs, and being able to provide a service that benefits our customers by cutting costs and adding value we can help them meet their goals," said Dave Taylor, co-owner of inkredible Cartridge.
inkredible Cartridge operates two retail stores in Chattanooga. The stores offer on-site ink cartridge refilling services which typically save customers up to 60% compared to the cost of purchasing new cartridges. The company's business division offers a full line of ink and toner cartridges for all types of business machines including printers, copiers, and facsimiles.
