Brown International Academy Hosts Zone Spelling Bee

The Zone Spelling Bee will be held at Brown International Academy, located at 718 E 8th St., Chattanooga, Tn. 37403, on Friday, starting at 9:15 a.m.

The participating schools and students are as follows:
-21st Century: Kendra Benn, Elisha Hicks, Maliya Belue, Kobey Frazier, and Ashlei Hilt
-Brown International Academy: Kaylx Davis, Marcus Knight, Jacalyn Long, Tori Harris, and Yolanda Dunham
-CCA: Theodore Monk, Arieal Burton, Kaylee Rodrigues, Andre Fugh, Jr., and Catherine Hoy
-CSAS: Sam Rogers, J'Darrius Cameron, Wylder May, Hamilton Jackson, and Rebecca Steinhice
-Hillcrest: Briana Tipton, Dalvon Sherrer, Kaila Carr, Aliyah Bell, and Bryce Wilcoxson
-Normal Park: Gareth May, Gavin Langston, KC Welsh, Aaron Walker, and Dominique Daniel

30 students from grades three through eight will be competing for five spots in the district bee. These students will represent our zone at the district bee.

Tour times for prospective parents are Tuesdays at 1 p.m., and Thursdays at 10 a.m. Please call the school for an appointment.
