The long awaited Bon’ Appetite Bistro at 41 Tennessee Street in
downtown Ringgold, Ga., was officially opened on April 9, with a
ribbon-cutting by the Catoosa County Chamber of Commerce.
Chef Jernard Wells is the owner of the upscale Bistro which will feature
gourmet sandwiches, soups and other specialties. Chef Jernard is from
Mississippi and is the author of “88 Ways to Her Heart- Cooking for
Lovers” and has appeared many times on the Food Network.
