Jonathan Andrew “Andy” Walker, of Woodstock, Ga., died on Friday, November 19, 2010.
He was a born again Christian and was
was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a current member of the Pipefitters Local #72 and a former member of the Millwrights Local #654.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lafayette Alexander and Barbara Jean Tankersley.
He is survived by his daughters, Jennifer Leann Walker, Heather Michelle Walker, brothers, Elijah Eugene Walker, David Michael Tankersley, sisters, Marilyn Walker, Linda Rosella Poindexter, Doris Lynn Cochran, Bonnie Ruth Kell, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at noon on Saturday, Nov. 27, in the funeral home chapel with Bishop Calvin Nunley officiating. Interment will follow in Morris Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 5-9 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 26, at the funeral home.
