Betty Hutton
Betty Sue Lowe Hutton, 83, of Hixson, died on Thursday, December 30, 2010.
Betty was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She was a very giving person and leaves behind many family members and friends to cherish her memory.
A lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area, she was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church. She had been employed by Access Drugs.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Maude Lowe; sisters, Virginia Lambert, Mary Roberson, Rassie Schuminoff; brothers, Earl, Ray, Buck, Joe and Bud Lowe.
Survivors are her daughter, Janice Lynn (Leslie) Lambert of Hixson, and her son, Randy Joe (Belinda Jane) Hutton of Soddy Daisy; four grandchildren, Davina Howard, Erica Hill, Joseph and Jonathan Lambert; two great-grandchildren, Aidan Lambert and Roxie Hill, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 3, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Burial will be at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 2, and from 12-1 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
