Michael Robinson, who has a beer license for the Brewhouse as well as a catering business that he is affiliated with, is opening a new restaurant Fork and Pie at 811 Market St.

That is the former location of Quiznos.

The concept of this restaurant will be to serve dinner and lunch pies as well as desert pies.

All inspections have not been completed so the request for a beer permit will be considered at the next scheduled city beer board meeting on June, 7.
