Dorothy Smalley
Dorothy Louise Smalley, 68, of Chattanooga, passed away on September 28, 2013 at her home after a second battle with cancer.
After 15 years of service, she retired from the Juvenile Correction Center. She also worked at Kroger’s and Pruitt’s. She was the wife of the late Bruce Smalley.
Survivors include her sons, Steven C. (Amy) Hutcheson, Christopher S. (Brook) Roberts, all of Chattanooga and Tim Smalley of Cleveland; five grandchildren, Anna, Aden, Alec, Jadia and Ceria; three sisters, Carolyn Bowman, Robbie (Ed) Whittle of Chattanooga and Marie (Jimmy) Stout of East Ridge; two brothers, Richard (Shawn) Durham of Hixson and Raymond (Diana) Moore of Michigan; several nieces and nephew.
Memorial services will be from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 27, at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace, 877-3524.
