Bank Robbery Suspects At County Jail Awaiting Federal Court Appearance

Three people charged in a Chattanooga bank robbery in which a bank employee was shot are at the County Jail awaiting an appearance in Federal Court.

Under federal hold is David Dewayne Cross, 38, of 908 Moss St., who was identified as the man who barged into the First Tennessee Bank at 7820 East Brainerd Road on Wednesday and began firing.

In custody also are Anna Marie Nicole Holt, 25, of 6860 Lee Highway, and Daphne Estelle Rodriguez, 31, of 6111 Vance Circle.

The bank employee who was hit was not seriously injured.
