Rep. McCormick To Unveil Road Signs Honoring Phil Bredesen, Claude Ramsey

Earlier this year, House Majority Leader Gerald McCormick (R-Chattanooga) amended HB 180 to name the Exit 9 (Apison Pike/Volkswagen Drive) Interchange on Interstate 75 the “Bredesen-Ramsey Interchange” in recognition of the important roles that former Governor Phil Bredesen and former Hamilton County Mayor Claude Ramsey played in building the strong relationship of Volkswagen and Chattanooga."

He will host a media event to officially unveil the signs and show appreciation for their efforts on Thursday at 12:30 p.m.

It will be at the TDOT Transportation Management Center, 7500 Volkswagen Dr.
