Review for Hits and Grins:

Hits and Grins is a one of a kind “in the round” acoustical and intimate musical experiences that will move you, tickle your funny bone, and make you want to come back for more.  They are a trio of talented writers/performers from Nashville who present an extremely entertaining event filled with great stories, hit songs and comedy.

Their songs have been recorded by George Strait, Alabama, Rhonda Vincent, Ray Stevens, Colt Ford, Reba McEntire, Cledus T. Judd and many others. Hit songwriter Steve Dean has written six number 1 songs and earned 10 BMI songwriting awards. Victoria Venier has toured the country and performed in such prestigious venues as Bluebird Café and the Grand Ole Opry. She has also been a background vocalist for legendary artists as Loretta Lynn and Brenda Lee to name a few. Bill Whyte is an award winning CMA Broadcast Personality of the Year and has written songs with Craig Morgan and Joe Nicholas to name a few while still maintaining his comedic side with his many entertaining songs including his tribute to AARP entitled “Retired”.
