Chattanooga writer Claire Henley Miller is planning a book on her adventures hiking the Pacific Coast Trail.

She will be interviewed about her trail experiences on Monday afternoon on Weekend Wellness by Brittany King.

Ms. King is a radio announcer in Victoria, BC who hosts the Afternoon Drive show on a top 40 station and a one-hour health/wellness show called Weekend Wellness that airs on a sister station (news/talk) CFAX.

Ms. Miller said, "She came upon my blog trailtraveler and got in touch with me about doing an interview on Weekend Wellness about my PCT adventures.

"My book is a memoir based from the blog that I plan to have finished by April of this year. The book covers me starting the PCT alone, meeting my friends Pandora and Saltlick, and then meeting Big Spoon, falling in love, getting married on the trail within a month of knowing him, and continuing the journey.

"The radio interview will be a neat way to further promote the upcoming book."

Ms. Henley also writes regularly for Chattanoogan.com.

She and Big Spoon (Caleb Miller) have settled in Chattanooga after their western adventures.
