Avis Williamson
Avis Michelle Pleasant Williamson, 35, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, died on Wednesday, September 28, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her father, John L. Pleasant, Jr., paternal grandparents, John L. Pleasant, Sr., and Avis Pleasant, and maternal grandfather, Charlie E. Pardue.
Avis loved the outdoors, playing games, and hanging out with friends. She was the owner/operator of Kaevelle Massage and was a member of the Mosaic Church. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and clients.
Survivors include her husband, Matthew Williamson of Fayetteville, AR, mother, Bonnie S. Pleasant, sister and brother-in-law, Lou Lou and Krzysztof Strugala, all of Chattanooga, maternal grandmother, Mildred Pardue, of Hollow Rock, TN, two nieces and four nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 30, in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Reid officiating. Burial will be in Galbraith Cemetery in Lena, La.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 30, at the funeral home.
