Ruth Ann Legg Kramer, 66, of Dayton, passed away on Friday, November 3, 2017, at Life Care Center of Rhea County in Dayton, Tn.

She was born in Charleston, West Virginia on January 19, 1951. She was preceded in death by her father Raymond Legg, Sr., and sister, Vivian Leigh (Legg) Ellard.

Ruth Ann lived in Charleston, WV; Akron, OH; Bethlehem PA; Kingwood, WV and Dayton, TN. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Kingwood WV and Grace Bible Church, Dayton, TN.

She is survived by her daughter Leslie Ellen Belloso and husband Ian of La Mirada, CA; son, Alexander Scot Kramer of Bethlehem, PA; mother, Eileen Hartman and step father, George Hartman of Kingwood, WV; brother, Dr. Raymond Legg and wife, Margie of Dayton, TN; sister, Robin Legg-Huffman and husband Jay of Oak Ridge, TN.; sister, Janice Weaver and husband Jeff of Waco, TX and many aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. 

Graveside services for Ruth Ann will be held at Spring Hill Cemetery in Charleston, WV on Saturday, Nov. 11, at 10 a.m. with her brother, Dr. Ray Legg officiating.
