Nolan Daniel
Nolan Daniel, 59, of Lookout Mountain, Georgia passed away on Monday, May 8, 2017, at his home surrounded by his family.
Nolan was born in Chickamauga, and was a lifelong resident of Lookout Mountain. He was a member of Cross Connection Assembly of God – Mountain Campus. He enjoyed gardening and building. He was known for his hard work and was “Sunny in all weathers and never shirked a task.” He was employed with MSI Lodging as a truck supervisor for the past 30 years.
He was preceded in death by his sister: Teresa Blevins.
He is survived by his wife: Rebecca “Becky” Stephens Daniel, mother: Edith Daniel, daughter: Madison Daniel, all of Lookout Mountain, GA, sons: Austin (Jamie) Daniel of LaFayette, GA, George (Megan) Daniel of Chickamauga, GA, sister: Rosa (William) Smith of Sandersville, GA, brother: Lebron (Karen) Daniel of Lookout Mountain, GA, grandchildren: Jordan, Ben, Bryant and Charlotte, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5–9 p.m. and after 10 a.m. on Thursday. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, in the chapel with Pastors: Rob Kosch and Cecil Gravitt officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery – Lookout Mountain.
The family would like to thank the staff of Hearth Hospice for their care they gave to Nolan.
