Benjamin Spencer Brown
Benjamin Spencer Brown has been charged with felony murder in the death of a child.
Brown, 27, of Delaschmitt Road in Hixson, was also indicted by the Hamilton County Grand Jury on a charge of aggravated child abuse.
The indictment says Brown inflicted injuries on the child on Aug. 9, and she died Aug. 21.
The case was investigated by the Soddy Daisy Police Department.
