Terrance Wright
B. Slade will be performing at the Levitt AMP Chattanooga Music Series on Thursday at 6 p.m.The free concert will be held on the lawn of the Bessie Smith Cultural Center.
He has won six Stellar Awards, a GMA Award, and received two Grammy nominations. B. Slade is known for his "unmatched vocal range and unapologetic exploration of genres from gospel to funk to punk."
As the program continues to embrace Chattanooga's rich and diverse cultural communities throughout the events, there will be a fashion runway and live performance this Thursday at 6 p.m., curated by one of Chattanooga's creatives, costume / fashion designer Terrance Wright.
Among many of Mr. Wright’s accomplishments, he designed the entire costume set for Chattanooga Theatre Center’s performance of The Wiz in 2017 and most recently was selected by RISE to be an 2019 Creative Arts Incubator Fellow.
He's the founder and creator of fashion creative brand, TWOfficial and his live performances are as fluid and entertaining as his creative vision and approach.
In honor of Chattanooga / Tennessee Valley Pride, donations will be taken during his performance hour.
