HHM Certified Public Accountants, a full-service CPA and consulting firm with locations in Chattanooga and Memphis, has appointed Brian Baker as a partner in its Chattanooga office. Mr. Baker will focus his time in the firm’s tax practice.
Mr. Baker has been with HHM CPAs for several years and has over 20 years of tax experience. He specializes in offering tax consulting and compliance services to businesses in a wide variety of industries.

Before joining HHM CPAs, Mr. Baker was a senior tax manager at a CPA firm in Pennsylvania, where he specialized in corporate and partnership compliance and consulting. He graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
