HHM CPAs Promotes Brian Baker To Partner

HHM Certified Public Accountants, a full-service CPA and consulting firm with locations in Chattanooga and Memphis, has appointed Brian Baker as a partner in its Chattanooga office. Mr. Baker will focus his time in the firm’s tax practice.   

Mr. Baker has been with HHM CPAs for several years and has over 20 years of tax experience. He specializes in offering tax consulting and compliance services to businesses in a wide variety of industries.  

"Brian has gone above and beyond all the expectations we had when he came on board,” says Donnie Hutcherson, HHM CPAs managing partner. “His knowledge, work ethic and commitment to excellence have made him a natural choice to help lead our firm toward anticipated growth in the coming years." 

"Brian will serve as a partner on the tax team and has extensive knowledge of federal and state taxation while staying current with the ever-changing tax codes and regulations," officials said.

Before joining HHM CPAs, Mr. Baker was a senior tax manager at a CPA firm in Pennsylvania, where he specialized in corporate and partnership compliance and consulting. He graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
