Ruby Sunshine Opening At 405 Market St.

Ruby Sunshine is a new restaurant opening at 405 Market St.

The restaurant is coming to Chattanooga from New Orleans.

It was described as a breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant with a Southern twist. The focus is on brunch and the restaurant is described as having a family environment.

The menu includes pancakes, waffles and eggs Benedict. Beer, wine and alcohol will be available. Hours are from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays and from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. on the weekend.

Ruby Sunshine was approved for a beer permit on Thursday.

The Hamilton County Health Department reported on Sunday that the total number of Hamilton County resident deaths remains at 54. Total cases now are 6,109 in Hamilton County, an increase of 78.
