Cops Should Follow Traffic Rules, Same As Citizens

Making illegal u-turns just to follow citizens for several blocks already obeying all the traffic rules and laws for the sole purpose of earning quotas, time off etc., for the holiday season should be discouraged by the CPD. It could cause a serious accident. Just sayin'
