This week representatives from the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga visited two local organizations to present cash donations on behalf of the residential builder/developer group.

Checks in the amounts of $5,000 each were presented to local chapters of Habitat for Humanity
and American Red Cross on behalf of the board, members and staff of the HBAGC. On hand to
accept the donations were David Butler, CEO, and Dominique Brandt, development director, of
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga, and Julia Wright, executive director of the
Southeast Tennessee American Red Cross.

As in years past, funds donated to the two organizations were raised at the Home Builders
Associations annual Tri-State Home show, held every spring and attended by thousands.
