Two days after celebrating his 43rd birthday, Dunlap's Andy Miller got to celebrate in Boyd's Speedway Victory Lane taking the win in his black #17 Late Model.
Miller had a bound of stiff competition behind him during the $1,200 to-WIN feature Saturday night. Justin "Smokey:" Owens, Jordan Rodabaugh and Todd Hernandez all chased Miller to no avail at the races conclusion. Booger Brooks rounded out the Top 5.
Points leaders Justin Litchford and Robby Mason occurred miserable finishes officially 9th and 17th. In Crate Late Model action.
Bryan "Papaw" Pritchard (aka. P'BP) of Harrison (a mild-mannered Hamilton County School Bus Driver by day) parked "The Big Red Machine" #3 "ETSB General Contracting, Pritchard Homes, Snap On, Sweet Beginnings 4D Ultrasounds, Randle Chupp Consulting, Ron & JC Home Repair, Steven Hogan Fabrication, Spangler Sheet-metal, George Shaw Racing, A Band of Hogans, Modern Images" sponsored 604/GM Performance racecar in Boyd's Victory Lane also Saturday night.
Son-in-law Ethan Hunter, leader of the Crate points, finished fifth.

More National spotlight is coming to Boyd's Speedway less than a year after being featured in a worldwide automobile commercial campaign. The National Broadcasting Company (NBC) network, NBC Sports, has selected Boyd's Speedway to be a part of its "Grassroots Racing Tour" at #MyTrackMyRoots promotion in 2019. Details are forthcoming. According to the track's website the next event is in two weeks, Saturday, July 13.
