Thank You For Standing Against The Property Tax - And Response

  • Tuesday, July 9, 2019

All Hamilton County property owners owe commissioners Fairbanks, Bankston, Boyd, Smedley and Martin (who voted against the property tax increase) a heartfelt expression of thanks for doing so.

I would also like to praise Roy, April, Margaret, Gerald, Harry, Ernie, Larry, Richard, Wayne, Jay, Tina, and most certainly Rhonda and Brendan for speaking up about UnifiEd and their Apex project.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you, for calling attention to this political connection. Allowing UnifiEd to decide what steps should be taken to right the ship of education is like asking a tribe of cannibals for tips on how to lose weight. Maybe ... not a-good Idea?

P.S. Please forgive me, if I failed to mention your name. Thanks to the many unmentioned folks, who helped disclose this organized group’s possible political intent.

I would like to tell Mr. James Bolt that I agree with him 100 percent.  The property owners are suffering enough.  Ms.Thurman from the school board and the five commissioners who voted the tax down, you have my support.

Homeowners are being forced to fix sewage pipes that the city should fix, pay water bill and sewage bills that make no sense.  The sewage bills that come monthly charge us whatever they desire.

People are at the point where it's not good to be a homeowner.

Mr. Tim Boyd I agree with you.  Thanks to all of you that voted against the property tax increase.  You have full support of dozens of homeowners.  You are the people we need in office.
