Dimple Louise Bryson Chastain, age 81, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Saturday evening August 17, 2019 with her family by her side.

She was born Sept.  24, 1937 in Dalton, a daughter of the late Owen and Letha Arnold Bryson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold Chastain; daughters, Diane Milsap, Linda Simmon, Janice Chastain, Karen Randon; brothers and sister-in-law, Jerry Bryson, Larry and Martha Bryson, Hubert Bryson; and sister and brothers-in-law, Margie and H.B. Holland, Charles Chastain. 

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Garry and Freda Chastain; daughter, Glenda Chastain: brother and sisters-in-law, James and Shirley Bryson, Sue Bryson; sister, Frances Chastain all of Dalton, Ga.; and eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Dimple Louise Bryson Chastain will be held Tuesday, Aug.  20, at 2 p.m. in the Ponders Melrose Chapel. Interment will follow in the Deep Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-9 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 19.
