Peggy Joyce Lees, 79, passed away on September 11, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Mildred Lees and loving companion of 32 years, Jim Lowry.

Survivors include brothers, David Lees Sr., Mike Lees and special brother, Robert Jackson, niece, Mary Ann Lees Carver (Robert), nephew, David Lees Jr., and several great-nieces and nephews.

Peggy was a graduate of Central High School.

She worked as co-owner for 25 years at P&J Iron & Metal. She also volunteered for the past five years with the American Heart Association. 

There will be a private family graveside service at Hooker Cemetery on Saturday, Sept. 14. The family will receive friends at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m., on Friday, Sept. 13.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Peggy’s memory may be made to the American Heart Association, 519 E 4th St., Chattanooga, Tn. 37403 and the Ronald McDonald House, 200 Central Ave, Chattanooga, Tn. 37403.

Arrangements are under the care of Chattanooga Funeral Home Crematory and Florist East Chapel, 404 South Moore Road, East Ridge, Tn. 37412.
