County Schools To Buy Medical Office Building On N. Access Road For Clinic, Pharmacy

Hamilton County Schools plans to buy a medical office building in Hixson for a clinic and pharmacy.

School officials said a price of $500,000 was worked out for the building at 4206 N. Access Road.

It has 3,590 square feet.

The building was for sale earlier for $535,000.

Chattanooga Sports Institute at one time occupied the building.
