A large office/warehouse at 4840 Geminus Dr. in the Bonny Oaks area has sold for almost $3 million.

The building is a 12,000-square-foot office/warehouse Flex Building with approximately 5,800 square feet of office area and 6,200 square feet of warehouse/shop area.

It was originally built for a grading contractor with a shop area designed for repair of heavy equipment.

The property has approximately two acres of fenced outside storage area.

The sale for $2,940,000 was to Store Master Funding Xiv Llc from Equipmentshare Com Inc
