Tennessee State Parks Offer Valentine's Meals, Lodging

A romantic evening awaits visitors to four Tennessee State Parks restaurants for Valentine’s Day, with two parks offering getaways with overnight lodging packages.
 
Restaurants at Natchez Trace State Park, Henry Horton State Park, David Crockett State Park and Cumberland Mountain State Park will feature Valentine’s menus Feb. 14. The Pin Oak Lodge at Natchez Trace State Park and the Inn at Henry Horton State Park provide overnight stays along with dinner. 
 
“Tennessee State Parks serve Tennesseans in many different ways, and a Valentine’s evening is a great example,” Jim Bryson, deputy commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, said.
“We invite everyone to enjoy a special experience. We have some of the best locations in the state.”

Valentine’s package: $149.95, includes one night stay at the Pin Oak Lodge on Friday, Feb. 14 (standard room, double occupancy); chocolate covered strawberries and bottle of wine in your room; candlelight dinner for two on Friday night in the dining room
