Chattanooga Housing Authority To Host Job Fair Jan. 22

The Chattanooga Housing Authority is hosting a job fair on Wednesday, Jan. 22 at its Central Office to hire full-time maintenance technicians.

CHA's Central Office is at 801 North Holtzclaw Ave. There will be two sessions, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. and 4-5:30 p.m., and candidates can come by at any time during the two meetings.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license and complete a screening process, which includes a criminal background check and drug screening. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one to two years of related experience.

Relevant trade school certification is desirable.
CHA is also looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a friendly and courteous attitude. The compensation range is $11.22/hour - $28.56/hour.
