Bill Sewell, 81, of Cleveland, Tennessee, departed this life on October 14, 2020.

He was born on May 13, 1939 to the late Albert and Mary Sewell. He loved the Tennessee Vols and was a longtime self-contractor. Above all he loved spending time with his family.

In addition to his mother and father he is preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Sewell; daughter, Wendy, son, Butchie, grandsons, Kam and Gabe; and great-grandson, Bryson.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his brother, Don; children, Tracy (Misty), Michael (Cheryl), Karen (James), Rita (Johnny), and Carolyn (Kyle); and grandchildren, Sam, Chris, Tara, Mikey, Katie, Jay, Kristina “Punkin”, Jeffery, Josh, Jessica, Amanda, Abrien, Gavin, Justin, Gage, Bella, Sierra, Seth, Anakin, Abby, Annahi, J.J., Kyler, and Logan.

The family will have a memorial gathering of friends from 3-4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 17, at Companion Funeral Home, at 2419 Georgetown Road, NW, Cleveland, TN 37311.
