Michael Green
Harold Michael Green, 31, of Decatur, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2020, at Erlanger Medical Center, Chattanooga.
He was deputy at the Meigs County Sheriff Department for two years and was an avid outdoorsman.
Survivors include his parents, Michael and Becky Green of Decatur; mother of his children, Carolyn Green of Decatur; two daughters, Layla and Kynslie Green of Decatur; sister, Nicole Green of Decatur; grandparents, Floyd and Dorothy Green of Decatur; special niece, Keylee Green, aunts, uncles, and other extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5-9 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 17, at Bowers Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, Feb. 18, at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Reverend Curtis Porter officiating, with interment to follow the service at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Employees of Meigs County Sheriff’s Department will serve as pallbearers.
