Hamilton County Property Sale Suspended

The Hamilton County Property Sale Bid-Off scheduled for Tuesday at 9 a.m. at the Hamilton County Courthouse has been suspended and will be rescheduled at a future date to be determined.

The sale included the county-owned former Park Hotel and the adjacent county IT building on East Seventh Street.

The Real Property Office website (www.hamiltontn.gov/realproperty) will be updated with information concerning the future date of the bid-off as it becomes available.
