Originally slated to be an in-person group workout session at Chattanooga State Technical Community College, Cempa Community Care’s March “Neighborhood Workout Jam Session” will be moved online this weekend as a Facebook Live event. The event will be held on Saturday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at https://www.facebook.com/CempaCommunityCare/.

Participants are encouraged to join Tobe Taylor of T2 Fitness as he leads the class with Keenan Daniels (The Milliondollaman) providing music.
