Cempa Community Care Taking Jam Sessions Online

Originally slated to be an in-person group workout session at Chattanooga State Technical Community College, Cempa Community Care’s March “Neighborhood Workout Jam Session” will be moved online this weekend as a Facebook Live event. The event will be held on Saturday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at https://www.facebook.com/CempaCommunityCare/.

Participants are encouraged to join Tobe Taylor of T2 Fitness as he leads the class with Keenan Daniels (The Milliondollaman) providing music. 

The “Neighborhood Workout Jam Session” series, launched in 2019, is a collaborative endeavor with Hamilton County Schools aimed at encouraging healthy lifestyles across Chattanooga’s various communities. 

Information regarding April’s Jam Session is forthcoming.
