Larry Neal Azbill, 73, of Cleveland, Tennessee, went home to be with his Lord on Monday, April 6, 2020, after complications with ALS. He was surrounded by his family.

Larry was born in Bristol, Va., in 1946. He served honorably in the United States Air Force during Vietnam. He hosted a gospel radio show for several years sharing the word of God. He was known by friends and family to have a quick wit and infectious laugh. He lit up a room with his presence and filled it with warmth through prayers.

Larry was a faithful servant to the Lord, dedicated husband and father.

He was preceded in death by his father, Neal Azbill; mother, Edith Azbill Hunsucker; and grandson, Ozzy Falkowski.

He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Delores Azbill; son, Cameron Azbill; step-son, Joey (Kelly Jo) Falkowski; sister, Linda (Don) Gibson; grandchildren, Stephen Azbill, and Olsyn Lou Falkowski; and several other family members and friends.

The family would like to express gratitude to all who had a part of his care, the staff at Kindred Hospital and Standifer Place. Larry was loved and cared for by so many and we appreciate the tender care given to him.

Rest well in the arms of the Lord, until we meet again.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
