Parkridge Valley To Co-Host Mental Wellness Hour Webinar Thursday

As part of its Mental Health Awareness Month activities, HCA Healthcare Behavioral Services will host the inaugural Mental Wellness Hour on Thursday at noon CST/1 p.m. EST. Behavioral health providers from across the HCA Healthcare network of 184 hospitals – including Parkridge Valley – will host the event via WebEx, a virtual meeting platform.

Parkridge Valley Cleveland therapists Justin Forgette, LPC, MHSP, and Carol Myers, M.Ed, LADAC II, will join other providers to host a webinar entitled, “Virtually Burned Out? Self-care during Social Distancing,” in which they will discuss the necessary tools to equip to successfully navigate the new virtual reality.
