Howard Palmer, 62, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2020, in Chattanooga.
He was a graduate of Howard High School.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Julia Palmer and Edward Greathouse Jr.; grandparents, Estelle and Edward Greathouse Sr; brothers, Reginald Greathouse and Willie Wade
He is survived by his daughter, Delicia (Jamal) Woodruff; grandchildren, Aniya Woodruff and Tru Reid; sisters, Carolyn Whitfield, Mary Ann Greathouse; brother, Sean Greathouse; special friend, Delbert Vaughn.
A private service will be held.
