The Chattanooga Police Department is seeking information on a missing mother and daughter, Tamara Church and Aquarious Church.
Both were last seen by Ms. Church's boyfriend on May 17. At that time, Ms. Church was driving a white 2004 white Honda Odyssey with Tennessee temporary tag E001164.
